Fashion Week Daily Download: Paris day 8

Jourdan Dunn-in by a dodgy Donalds?
Supermodel Jourdan Dunn has divulged to the world that she has been struck down by a terrible stomach bug at Paris Fashion Week. This afternoon, the runway regular, who has walked for designers including Emanuel Ungaro, Giambattista Valli and John Galliano while in Paris, Tweeted that she was "Suffering from food poisoning : ( not the one during fashion week! Mehhh".
However, we at the Telegraph are not ones to rest on our laurels so we've turned Columbo to help the blighted model find out whatever it was that didn't agree with her. A quick glance at her Twitter feed provides a possible smoking gun. On Saturday Dunn Tweeted that she hates "it when vex looking ppl serve me #Mac'Donalds".
Case closed your honour.
Chanel in a nutshell? Florence in a seashell

Flame-haired Florence Welch is certainly turning out to be the go-to girl for major event live performances. This year she has already clocked-up PA's at the Oscars and Grammys, but topping both of those was this morning's star turn at the Chanel show where she took to the catwalk to serenade the supermodels. Karl Lagerfeld is a man who knows how to look after his guests, bedecking Welch in a to-die-for Chanel couture gown and building her a giant white clam-shell to perform in à la Botticelli's Venus. Seriously, what more could a girl ask for?
Kanye addresses his haters

'Kanye does not want to sell this collection': your wish is our command, Mr West...
The brilliant hip-hop artist Kanye West turned out to be a bad fashion designer in Paris this week. Lisa Armstrong's review, gently described it as rap with a capital-C. Yet West, who has spent the last few seasons turning up to proper fashion shows, is clearly serious about becoming a designer. He may not yet actually be able to make anything yet, but he's certainly grand enough for the job. When a senior British department store buyer asked for a ticket to the show this week she was told: "Kanye does not want to sell this collection." Lucky for him. Then, after the show, our backstage mole said West "looked very close to tears". And at his after-show party West said: "I took out motherf***ing loans to get the best models, to get the best designers, to get the best venue. I gave you everything that I had. This is my first collection. Please be easy. Please give me a chance to grow." We're already looking forward to next season.

The couple that plays together, stays together

You've got to love Sean Lennon and his girlfriend Kemp Muhl. The The Ghost of a Saber Tooth Tiger band-mates just love an excuse to play dress-up, making their regular appearances in Chanel's front row a treat for fun-starved fashion editors. Their look for spring/summer 2012? A dandy Artful Dodger meets a super-chic Nancy. There could be an under-the-radar trend emerging here. Only the other night in London we spotted lovers Anna Friel and Rhys Ifans in a similar get up. Minimalism? Pah.
