Katy Perry fades out her pink locks

Katy Perry has obviously given up in the 'who can have the craziest hair colour' contest with Nicki Minaj. The singer was spotted leaving LAX airport yesterday with a surprisingly normal new style - short, straight, faded candyfloss pink locks.

It looks like Perry is in that annoying in-between colour stage but we're guessing (and hoping) she's going back to blonde and staying away from the candy shades for a while.
