Leighton Meester has reportedly begun legal proceedings against her mother.
The claims relate to money that Meester had allegedly given her former jail-bird Mum, which was intended for her sick younger brother.
According to a source, Leighton is suing her mother over claims she used money meant to pay for her son's medical expenses on various cosmetic procedures, including Botox treatments and hair extensions.

The lawsuit also refers to Constance's claim that her and her daughter had entered into an oral agreement together that the Gossip Girl actress would pay her a monthly allowance of $10,000.
It is then alleged that Constance threatened to sue Leighton for a sum of $3million if she refused to keep up the payments.
